This page describes the Terms of Service and Conditions for using my shop. I might update them as my shop and business evolve but you will be able to find the most current version at any time on this page.
Due to the nature of the printing processes I use, each product from the same edition has slight variations. The images displayed are from one specific member of the edition and, therefore, only indicative.
I have made my best effort to display as accurately as possible the colours and images of my products. Unfortunately, colours vary very much between displays and I cannot guarantee that what you see will be an accurate representation of the physical product.
All prices are subject to change without notice.
Prints are packaged in a cardboard envelope or in a cardboard tube depending on the size of the prints.
Portugal: 4.20€ + 0.30€ / additional item
Europe: 6.90€ + 0.30€ / additional item
United Kingdom: 8.15€ + 0.30€ / additional item
United States: 9.75€ + 0.30€ / additional item
Rest of the world: 8.15€ + 0.30€ / additional item
For international orders, the estimated delivery date is 6-15 business days.
These estimates are only indicative and, especially for international orders, may take longer than expected since they depend on the integration between transnational postal services. But, in case the order is taking too long to arrive, don’t hesitate to get in contact with me.
When you place an order, you will be asked for your billing and shipping information. The shipping information will only be used by me to deliver the order. The billing information will only be shared with the payment processing entities (Stripe and Paypal) used by my shop in order to process payments for your order.

PRICING

All the products are shipped from Portugal through the national post service CTT.Prints are packaged in a cardboard envelope or in a cardboard tube depending on the size of the prints.
FEES

DELIVERY ESTIMATES
For national orders, the estimated delivery date is 4-7 business days.For international orders, the estimated delivery date is 6-15 business days.

TRACKING
The orders are all shipped with a tracking number. This tracking number is provided by e-mail so please make sure you provide valid contact information during your purchase.WHAT TO DO WHEN SOMETHING GOES WRONG
However unlikely, issues during package transit sometimes happen and they are frustrating for all parties involved. If you notice that your order is damaged, please do not accept the package and contact me as soon as possible. If you only notice the package is damaged after it has been delivered, please take a photo of the damaged packaging and send it to me.RETURN POLICY
Unfortunately, due to the nature of the products I sell, I cannot accept returns unless the item you received does not match the ordered item. In that case, return postage will be refunded and the correct item will be sent.PRIVACY POLICY
My store is hosted by Big Cartel. They provide me with this online e-commerce platform that allows me to sell my products to you. Your data is stored securely on their servers and databases.
